1《失落的古城之消失的法老都城》
尼罗河畔古埃及的首都----皮拉美西斯城。法老王拉美西斯大帝最富野心的创造之一。城内建筑物林立，气势恢宏雄伟。这是古代世界的中心，看似永恒不灭。然而在建立仅几百年后，整座城市突然离奇消失。三千年后，皮拉美西斯城再次出现在世人面前。然而它却出现在一个完全出人意料的地方。一座完整的城市为什么突然消失，又是如何出现在一个错误的地方？真正的皮拉美西斯城究竟在哪里？
 
2《失落的古城之金字塔谷的诅咒》
在南美安第斯山脉与世隔绝的山谷里，曾经拥有世界上最蔚为壮观的金字塔群。它们的建造者——兰巴耶克人，创造了有史以来最神秘的文明之一。然而这个文明却同250座金字塔，于一夜之间灰飞烟灭。究竟是什么导致了兰巴耶克的覆灭？

Some of the greatest wonders of the ancient world still lie buried - unseen and unexplored - beneath our feet; near-legendary places that vanished thousands of years ago and have never been seen since. This series follows a documentary detective trail of meticulous archaeological and historical clues to unearth some of the greatest lost cities of the ancient world. Through drama we follow the original journeys of discovery, and through CGi these lost wonders are rebuilt and restored to their original splendour. Some of these mysterious ruined sites are so vast, so magnificent, that it must have been inconceivable to those who lived there in the past that they could ever disappear. It would be like Manhattan sinking under the waves, or Paris being covered over with earth. But as this series shows, every civilization, however magnificent, must eventually die and become a lost world.
